• Will he or she promise to show you all homes on the market that might work for you....and then back it up by letting you view the MLS in their office before you look at houses?
• Will he or she keep hunting for the right home for you, even if it's not currently on the market....or will you have to keep driving around and making calls?
• Does he or she utilize today's technology to keep you up to date on the newest listings on the market?
