Promotion to Other Real Estate Agents

To insure the maximum number of showings on your home, I will:

  • Have the home information entered in the St. Louis Regional MLS as quickly as possible.
  • Put phones in the MLS that will properly highlight your home.
  • Place your home on the Open House Network Group house tour, bringing 20-30 agents from 6-9 different companies into your home (more information on this tour.)
  • Promote your home at The Best Seller GMAC Real Estate company meetings.
  • Promote your home at the exchange time after the Open House Network Group tours.
 

Traditional Marketing to Attract Buyers

  • Advertising in the appropriate Suburban Journal (St. Charles County, North County, South County, West County, O'Fallon, Wentzville)
  • A brochure box attached to the sign with colorful flyers in your home.
  • Special feature sheet packets that will be available for prospective buyers when they visit your home.
  • If the home is in an "easy access" location, open houses may be held...with your permission, of course.
 

Internet Marketing to Attract Buyers

Because over 70% of home buyers start their search on the internet, Internet Marketing is the most important marketing done by any real estate company, broker or agent.

  • Your home information will appear on Realtor.com, the most popular real estate site on the internet, as a Showcase Listing.
  • The information on your home will be on the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) search of every participating real estate company and agent websites through data feeds from the MLS, including all of Linda's websites.
  • There will be a virtual tour created for your home which will be linked to as many websites as possible.
  • Your home information will be on The Best Seller GMAC Real Estate website, BestSellerGMAC.com
  • Your home information will be on GMACRealEstate.com
