• Let Linda know exactly what you are looking for in a home.  The more we know, the better your chances of finding the perfect home.
• Get Pre-Qualified with a lender so you'll be in a better position when we write a contract.
• When Linda tell you about a great home, drive by it quickly, so you can beat out the competition.  Then contact her to get inside as soon as possible.
• If you see a home for sale that isn't on your list from Linda, contact her to find out about the home.
• If you go through an open house, let the host or hostess know you're working with Linda.  If you want to make an offer, contact Linda as quickly as possible.  Someone else might have seen the home at the open house, too.

If you remember these guidelines, your chances of finding the best home possible....your dream home....will be greatly improved.  We will work hard for you.

Other Hints:

• Real estate professionals don't get paid until a contract closes, so we'll work hard to make sure everything goes smooth.  
• Linda encourage you to drive by the homes for sale we tell you about.  But, if a home sounds perfect, but has no curb appeal, don't completely eliminate it.  It might end up being the perfect home and may well be a "good deal".
